Sandra Lutz, R.N., B.S.N.
Sandy is a registered nurse who has specialized in medical skin care since 1995. She has been a member of Dr. Krummen’s staff since 2005. Sandy has undergone extensive training to offer a full range of medical skin care services including collagen induction therapy, a wide variety of both chemical and nonchemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and cosmetic tattoo application. She is committed to helping her patients achieve their healthiest skin, allowing them to look and feel their best.
A graduate of the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Sandy also studied at Northern Kentucky University and the College of Mount St. Joseph. She is licensed as a registered nurse by the state of Ohio and worked in several areas of nursing prior to specializing in medical skin care. She has had ongoing, comprehensive training in medical skin care gaining expertise in skin anatomy, problems and treatments.
Sandy is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, an organization open only to those professionals who work in the offices of board certified plastic surgeons.
Claire Monroe, R.N., B.S.N.
Claire is a registered nurse specializing in medical skin care and has been part of Dr. Krummen’s team since 2020. While completing nursing school, she worked as Dr. Krummen’s medical assistant, gaining extensive experience in medical skincare, postsurgical care, and skincare products and ingredients.
Claire has completed advanced training in medical skincare and offers services including laser hair removal, collagen induction therapy, and chemical and non-chemical peels.
In addition to her work at the practice, Claire serves in the Intensive Care Unit at Mercy Hospitals and is a member of the Air Force National Guard, where she trained as an E.M.T. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through personalized care and the latest skincare treatments.
Maria Hoffman, R.N., B.S.N.
Maria is a registered nurse who has received extensive training in medical skincare procedures and product lines. She was brought into the practice in the beginning of 2020 and has focused her nursing practice entirely on skincare and aesthetics. She believes in the importance of developing a skincare regimen that works with your lifestyle to achieve the skin of your dreams.
Maria received her bachelor’s of science in nursing from Xavier University, and is licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio. Prior to attending nursing school she worked for many years in high end retail, becoming familiar with many luxury skincare lines. Additionally, she has earned a bachelor’s of art in classical studies from Centre College. She continues to undergo training on the latest breakthroughs in medical skincare. She is well-versed in many procedures including chemical and non-chemical peels, laser hair removal and collagen induction therapy.
Christie Sallee, R.N.
Christie is a registered nurse specializing in medical skin care. She has been a member of Dr. Krummen’s staff since 2016, and has over 14 years of cosmetic and skin care experience. Her extensive background in both the field of nursing as well as the cosmetic industry has given her the cutting edge on what’s hot in skincare. She offers a full range of medical skin care services, including collagen induction therapy, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion as well as a variety of chemical and non-chemical peels to help her patients achieve their best skin.
Christie obtained her Ohio nursing license here in Cincinnati and also holds a State of Ohio Cosmetology license. Her nursing background is in Trauma and Surgical ICU as well as Labor and Delivery. Christie is committed to helping her patients achieve their ideal aesthetic goals while delivering optimal care, resulting in patients looking and feeling their best.

Lori Hall
As office manager since 2000, Lori is responsible for the majority of the behind-the-scenes duties of the practice as well as serving as the patient coordinator. Lori is a valuable source of information with her vast knowledge of all aspects of the various surgeries performed by Dr. Krummen, as well as the general expectations for recovery. She handles client inquiries regarding procedures with compassion and discretion. Lori and the other staff members are all eager to assist in any way necessary to make your experience with Dr. Krummen’s practice as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Tina Thompson
Tina is our welcoming face at the front desk. Her smile and professional attitude are sure to put your mind at ease. Tina has been a valuable asset to Dr. Krummen’s office since 2013. She specializes in outstanding customer service and is always happy to assist in any way to make your appointment run flawlessly. Tina has over 20 years in the industry of customer service and public relations.
